Enquiry data from non-enrolled contacts is retained for up to 12 months. Enrolled student records are retained for 7 years following programme completion for administrative and compliance purposes. Payment records are retained as required by Malaysian financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation requires retention.
