Terms & Conditions

Vectorise · Last Updated: 17 April 2026 · Effective Date: 17 April 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or enrolling in a programme. By accessing our website or registering for a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vectorise website at vectorise.club and your enrolment in any programme offered by Vectorise, operating from Level 7, Bangunan Securities Commission, 3 Persiaran Bukit Kiara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("we", "us", "our").

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vectorise. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or enrol in our programmes.

2. Eligibility

Our programmes are designed for adult learners aged 18 years and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and possess the prerequisite knowledge stated for the programme you are joining. Vectorise reserves the right to decline an enrolment application where prerequisites are not met or where incomplete information is provided.

3. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment Process

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation communication from Vectorise. Submitting an enquiry or expression of interest does not constitute a confirmed enrolment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.

Cohort Scheduling

Programme start dates and schedules are published at time of enrolment. Vectorise reserves the right to reschedule or adjust session timings with reasonable notice. Where a cohort cannot proceed (for example, due to insufficient enrolment), affected students will be offered either a place in a future cohort or a full refund.

Prerequisites

Each programme lists prerequisite knowledge. These are stated to help you assess whether a programme is suitable for your current level — not as barriers to application. If you are uncertain whether you meet the prerequisites for a programme, contact us before enrolling.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme Fees

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees cover programme materials, live session access, instructor feedback, and the certificate of completion where applicable.

Payment

Full payment is required to secure a place unless an instalment arrangement has been confirmed in writing by Vectorise. Payment must be received prior to the programme start date. We accept payment through the methods specified at checkout; card details are processed by our secure payment partners and are not stored by Vectorise.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Student

To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected]. The date of receipt of your written cancellation request determines which tier applies.

Deferral

Students who need to defer enrolment to a later cohort may do so without penalty if the request is received at least 14 days before the programme start date. Deferrals are subject to availability in a future cohort and can be applied once per enrolment.

Cancellation by Vectorise

If Vectorise cancels a programme, enrolled students will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

6. Programme Participation

Attendance and Engagement

Live sessions form an integral part of the learning experience. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and to engage with assignments and reading materials. Vectorise does not guarantee outcomes for students who do not meet the programme's participation requirements.

Conduct

All participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully with instructors and fellow students in all programme contexts, including live sessions and any shared forums or channels. Vectorise reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with a professional learning environment. Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle the student to a refund.

Academic Integrity

Submitted work must be your own unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. Passing off another person's work — or AI-generated output submitted without disclosure — as original work is a violation of these terms. Verified breaches may result in removal from the programme.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including slides, notes, code, recordings, and written content produced by Vectorise, are the intellectual property of Vectorise and are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or publish these materials without prior written consent from Vectorise.

You retain ownership of work you produce as part of programme assignments. By submitting work for feedback, you grant Vectorise a limited, non-exclusive licence to review and use that work for educational purposes within the programme.

8. Certificates

Students who complete the programme requirements — including attendance and submission of assessed components — will receive a certificate of completion from Vectorise. These certificates attest to the completion of the programme; they are not accredited qualifications under Malaysia's Malaysian Qualifications Agency framework unless stated explicitly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vectorise provides educational programmes and makes reasonable efforts to ensure quality of instruction and materials. However, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career progressions, or performance in external assessments or applications as a result of completing our programmes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Vectorise's liability to you for any claim arising from your enrolment or use of our website is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant programme in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or use automated tools to extract data from our pages without permission. Vectorise reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for users who breach these conditions.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external sites for reference or convenience. Vectorise does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By enrolling, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We nonetheless encourage informal resolution of disputes in the first instance — please contact us before pursuing formal action.

14. Amendments

Vectorise may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated by email. Continued enrolment or use of our website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
